The Cooper & Thief Red Wine Blend is a bold, full-bodied Californian wine known for its unconventional aging process. The blend, which typically includes Merlot, Syrah, Zinfandel, and Cabernet Sauvignon, is aged for three months in ex-bourbon barrels, a process that imparts unique depth and flavor.
